  2.   Relative comparison of compression size and times for several programs.
  3.   ARJ produced the smallest files and is used as the reference.  (LHARC
  4.   was close and about 6% faster) Fastest compression was with ARCA.
  5.      The % difference for size is relative differences of the final
  6.   compressed files to each other.  Check the listing from FV below for
  7.   relative differences to original files.  All tests were run on 8 MHz 286
  8.   AT.  Programs and all files were on a RAM drive.
  9.   Notes:
  10.         ARC 7.1 (System Enhancement Associates) offers menu or command
  11.         line operation.
  12.         LHA (LHARC) is free for commercial or private use.
  13.         Check programs for specific licence requirements.
